Hi. My name is Chris Knappett, and I’m your certified home inspector in Orange County. As part of your home inspector and transaction manager team, I will be providing an excellent service to both you and your home buyer as their home inspector. In addition to my skills as a thorough home inspector, I have a calming effect on the anxious home buyers. They will easily understand the condition of their home as I present it in an easy, non-alarming manner.
In other words, I’m not a deal killer! The usual home inspectors do not communicate well, are not time sensitive and may portray all home repairs in an alarming way. I work hard at making the home buyer feel good about the home while explaining that all homes have things that need repair and upkeep.
Technology is my friend and I enjoy many high end tools of the trade such as infrared thermal imaging and drone for the roof inspection. Most inspectors not only do not offer this, many will offer it at a premium up charge.
